The relationship between purpose and health

We are multidimensional beings – Every thought, every feeling and every action is impacting our physical bodies and putting an energetic message out into the world perpetuating the experience.

So what’s the impact when our work feels devoid of meaning? Purposelessness has an energetic resonance that results in lethargy and stuckness. Austrian psychiatrist and concentration survivor, Viktor Frankl believed that humans are motivated by something called a “will to meaning.” As a Dutch Jewish descendant of a concentration camp survivor, this understanding is in my bones and drives why I do what I do. For Frankl, meaning came from three possible sources: purposeful work, love, and courage in the face of difficulty. Purpose literally keeps people alive in extreme adversity.

We are here to help illuminate your purpose and guide the introspection and shifts necessary to move you beyond limitations into the fullest expression of purpose. There is no insurmountable limitation. None.

When we ignore the niggle that is searching for deeping meaning, we start to shut down multidimensionally, which can manifest in the body as dis-ease. So take action…any action in the direction of the niggle. Find the light and amplify it until the sense of meaning is so full that it catalyses the flow and energises our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual selves. Decide to make it important that everyday you wake up to immerse yourself in meaningful work.

It’s time!
